It disperses negative energy, and helps to heal the mind, body, and the emotions. Holy Fire empowers healing by giving energy, confidence, security, peace, and the feeling of belonging.
Distance (Remote) Reiki Symbols, Past, Present, and Future Energy with Reiki
Distance healing does not have a past, present, or future, where it transmits energy across both space and time. Here are some examples of Reiki distance energy healing.
Sending Energy to an Remote Recipient, using a written note on paper
- Note the following on a small piece of paper
- Full name of the recipient
- Address of the recipient. A complete address is the best but some recipients may not be willing to divulge this kind of information. A generic address, like city or country, could be fine, as you're certain that the address is unique to the area in which it is located.

- The note should be placed in your palm of your hand that is not dominant.
