Frequently Asked Questions

  • Stem Cells, A2M PRP, Regular PRP, Peptide Therapy, Where do I Start?

There are Positives and not so positives to each therapy, such as number of sessions for healing, cost, and other factors.

Stem Cell Therapy - Bone Marrow or Patient Derived.

+ Often only 1 visit needed for major healing

+ Longer Healing Period, Sometimes 4 to 12 months

+ Strongest Therapy, even to overseas stem cell clinics

+ You're back to work and don't need repeat visits

+ Nowhere near as painful as you've heard

        - Not as positive: Bigger financial investment, time investment is over two hours long

A2M PRP - Drawn from the Patient's arm

        + Strongest PRP form

+ Nearly as strong as Stem Cell Therapy

+ Fast procedure done in under 2 hours

+ Cost effective when Stem Cell Therapy is not warranted

+ A2M takes down inflammation while PRP does the healing

+ A2M treats More joints and Larger areas in 1 session, as a higher percentage of the plasma drawn from the patient is made available compared to regular PRP methods

        - Not as positives: Stem Cell Therapy is ideal for severe bone on bone knees, where A2M still needs strong booster sessions.

        - More up front investment than regular PRP but equals out over the treatment course due to less sessions needed

Regular PRP - Drawn from the Patient's arm

        + Great for minor injuries

        + Great for minor arthritis

+ Great for athletes wanting a quick fix

+ More affordable than Stem Cell Therapy and A2M PRP

+ Stronger than Peptide Therapy and heals in a fraction of the time

        -  Not so positives: Many sessions needed for major arthritis or near bone on bone patients

        - Less of the blood drawn from the patient is used, making it difficult to treat large areas such as an entire spine, or 3 extremity joints in a single session, which is more easily done with A2M PRP

        - Some arthritic patients need quicker booster sessions with regular PRP, taking multiple sessions sometimes 2 to 3 weeks apart, meaning multiple trips away from work, etc.

Peptide Therapy - from compounding pharmacies

+ Non inflammatory method of regeneration

+ Supportive when done with Stem Cell Therapy, A2M PRP, and regular PRP

+ Healing signal can work even when injected away from the site of injury

        - Not so postives:  Therapy becomes costly quickly without high success rates in patients

        - It requires weeks to months of every day injections for healing

        - More patients are non responders to peptide therapy and end up doing Stem Cell Therapy and A2M PRP anyway

       - Involves compouding pharmacies, refridgeration, needles in your home, measuring tiny doses in syringes, etc

        - Experts are unsure of the long term effects of Peptide Therapy, due to this we rarely recommend growth hormone analogue peptides, instead leaning towards BPC 157, TB 500, GHK CU, and a few other select peptides until more long term research is done

Ozone Injections - made from medical grade oxygen

+ Ozone floods the treated area with life giving oxygen

+ Ozone takes down pain in most cases immediately, which is diagnostic and healing at the same time

        + Ozone is very affordable

+ The number of areas we can treat in a session with ozone is huge, whole spine plus knees and shoulder, no prob

        -   Not so positives: The healing period after ozone injections is far shorter than Stem Cell Therapy, A2M PRP, or PRP

        - Many sessions are needed for chronic injruies, though acute injuries in young patients may need only 1 or 2 sessions of ozone

  • How much are treatment prices?

Price List is in the About Tab  for therapy investment prices.

Stem Cell Therapy with ozone is only 4500 for a single joint or small area that includes 1 follow up visit with booster shots of ozone

A2M PRP with ozone is only 2000 for a single joint or small area that includes 1 follow up visit with booster shots of ozone

For all other therapies see our About Tab

  • Why is my health insurance is not taken?

The US healthcare system is influenced by pharmaceutical companies and the end path is often surgery that comes with complications and new pains or arthritis in neighboring joints.

Our clinic reduces total cost to patients by returning them to their daily lives and adjusting from office treatments to home therapies, we want your body to learn how to heal on its own.

We accept cash, check, and credit card at time of service.  A non-refundable deposit is required for appointments.

  • What can I expect on my Initial Visit?

New Patient visits vary in time between minor cases and chronic challenges. Simple orthopedic injuries in young patients are shorter.

A physical exam is done along with review of body systems and current symptoms you are experiencing.

We are easy going and don't get caught up in knowing what vaccinations you had, checking your blood pressure like a hawk, etc.

  • How many treatments are needed?

    Regenerative Orthopedic and Pain Treatment-

Chronic Arthritis, Bone on Bone Joints, and Chronic Pain are patient specific in number of treatments needed, this can be as little as 1 session with Stem Cell Therapy

Moderate to Severe Patients may be best suited for A2M PRP, where a booster session of regular PRP or Ozone only session is common.

Acute Injuries and Athletes may require only 1 treatment, often done with PRP

We focus on maximizing healing from home and have multiple home therapies to accelerate healing.

  • Do I need Xray reports or an MRI done?

Xrays often give lots of informative details and we love seeing your Xray report (not the CD)  that can be brought to office on printed paper.

MRI's are wonderful most of the time, but they are expensive, draw out the treatment process which delays healing, and don't always show the true problem.  Therefore very few of our patients get MRIs which saves the lots of money.

  • Do I need current blood labs done?

We do not push lots of lab draws, as labs rarely change the course of treatment, the patient and their current symptoms are what we treat, not a blood number.

Labs that are of high benefit include Vitamin D levels.  Recently drawn inflammatory markers.  And a few other select labs.

Yearly general labs are recommended but not always necessary.

Please let us know if you have been diagnosed with bleeding disorders, low platelet counts, cancer, low white blood cell counts, are on testosterone therapy, had West Nile Virus, Postive EBV as an adult, or have other unique blood laboratory findings.

  • What if I miss my appointment

Missed Appointments without rescheduling can be subject to the Full Cost of the Appointment without refund.  Patients that reschedule and follow through with the rescheduled appointment may be required to pay a rescheduling fee on top of their investment from the missed appointment.

  • What type of payments are accepted?

We accept credit and debit cards, check, cash, FSA, and HSA payments.
